• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Research recommendations will result in specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes
• Funnels created with our platform will perform as expected in all markets or audiences
• Metrics and analytics will be 100% accurate

Use of SuperFunnels AI is at your own risk. Business results depend on implementation, market conditions, and many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperFunnels AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
